All things "Pop"!. This is the place to see all my Pop art paintings for sale! They feature mixed themes, but maintain their popular culture roots at all times.(hence forth "Pop" art....or "Popular" Art). Be it Coca Cola bottles, Vuitton widgets, Monopoly Man, Superman, Campbells soup, Chanel or a phrase, movie or song.....its all about the things that surround us. I consider my Book Club range a close cousin to urban pop. As is the same with my Industrial pieces that can be found here.
All of these pieces are created by hand (using acrylics) and can (using Sugar Sprays) and will always be textured, layered and grungy like what you would expect on an old wall that has either been over painted roughly, or has been the "victim" of repeated product branding. Pop art is very close to my heart, as it takes me back to my commercial roots with graphics and bright colours.
A Pop art piece is a fantastic medium for gifts too as they can be incredibly personal.
All pieces are in stock as you see them in my online art gallery, and arrive to you ready to hang on your wall with a lovely gloss finish and on a double thick double stretched canvas. My Pieces will generally have a gallery finish to the edges, meaning the edges also have layering, texture and detail that continues from the face and generally doesnt require further framing.
If you would like to discuss a special commission, or different sized piece to what I have in my online gallery, please drop me a message. I have done many massive pieces, some as large as 6m x 2m (234 inches x 78 inches) rectangle and 3m x 3m square (117 inches x 117 inches).
