HOWDY.......if you are a stalker, and want to know about me in a little more depth, you can find that stuff over here.
Now about the art itself....I use a variety of mediums in my work, from acrylics and oils to even using pencil, crayons and some amazing products that make my abstracts "pop". The canvas is stretched (ie on stretcher bars) and has a gallery wrapped finish....ie the edges are also painted to match the face. Therefore the canvas doesn't need to be framed. Canvases are sealed with a triple coat of high gloss, non-yellowing varnish. Nothing but quality all the way, and pieces are always on an EPIC scale!
In my abstract works, I often use a lot of of texture and some very unusual techniques. They are indeed real art that you will want to run your hand over. They are not embellished prints in any form. I have known artists these days produce fine quality digital works (ie Giclee), and then add some real paint to make it look textured or "Real". On closer inspection it becomes clear that it is in fact a print.
A little bit of "me" goes into every work I produce. I am proud of what I produce, and I feel blessed to be able to make a living as a full time artist.
I would be only too happy to paint a custom piece just for you. Whether it be similar to one you have seen in my galleries or store, a unique creation, or a pop or urban style memento for a special occasion. The most popular frame sizes I use are 75cm x 100cm, 100cm x 100cm, 120cm x 120cm, 120cm x 100cm, 160cm x 60cm, 140cm x 100cm, 160cm x 100cm, 190cm x 100cm, 150cm x 150cm, 200cm x 80cm, 150cm x 120cm. How about these whoppers? 140cm x 180cm, 280cm x 170cm, 270cm x 120cm, 240cm x 120cm, 240cm x 120cm, 250cm x 150cm. I hold them all in stock.
I have also made many monumental framed canvases as large as 4m x 2m, 3m x 3m and 1m x 6m. Please don't be scared to ask! Almost anything is possible to be manufactured and shipped local, interstate or overseas.
All pieces of art produced come with a signed Certificate of Authenticity. I also sign all pieces on the front with my nickname (aka stage name) "Franko". This normally appears in the left corner and is done in a neutral colour or something from within the piece.
To ensure your purchase is risk free, I also guarantee a full refund on my store pieces. You love what you receive, or return it for a full refund within 7 days. Whilst I like to think it will be love at first sight, if the chemistry isn't there between you and your purchase, we need to fix that. I have a strong client base, and wish to see it grow organically. Many clients have multiple pieces of my art hanging on their walls. I have several clients with more than 10 pieces on display in their home. Mini galleries!!
Most stock orders will be sent within 2 or 3 working days. Custom orders normally ship within 7 to 10 days, however some custom pop pieces can take some 50 or 60 hours to produce, so I need a couple of weeks at times. If you need something super fast, let me know, I will do all I can to help.
Your order will be bubble wrapped, and packaged appropriately in cartons that I have custom made. I generally ship via TNT or Fastway, however on occasion will send via Transdirect. Please allow up to 7 days to receive your order once it has been despatched.
For international orders, TNT or DHL International is the shipper of choice.
I only use quality paints including Matisse and Atelier. When producing custom pieces you may request colors to match "sofas" and/or interior colour schemes. I welcome clients to visit the Watyl site www.wattyl.com.au and advise on colour preferences! This is after all the idea of "custom". This allows us to talk in the same "language" for colour.
